Neck quilts: Warmer than wool, and silky rather than scratchy, these long and luscious outdoor scarves will loop around your neck to stave off any chill.  They are made from 4 layers: silk charmeuse hand-quilted in India through layers of batting and muslin, and a coordinating silk shantung on the back.  Eggplant/pistachio or hot pink/mango (Colors in photo are harsher than in actual scarves),  7” by 75”.
